We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund. This guarantee applies to:
- First-time subscribers to any plan
- Monthly and annual subscription plans
- Requests made within 14 days of the initial payment
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Service outages lasting more than 48 consecutive hours
- Critical features not functioning as described in our documentation
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
- Account cancellation within the 14-day guarantee period
4. Non-Refundable Situations

7. Subscription Cancellations
