ChatOfficer provides AI-powered chatbot and virtual assistant services designed to help businesses automate customer support, sales, and internal processes. Our platform allows you to create, train, and deploy AI agents without coding.

You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring your use of the service complies with all applicable laws
- The content and data you upload to our platform

You agree not to use our services to:

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Limitation of Liability
ChatOfficer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
